These are six of the finest chairs I have had the pleasure of offering for sale. They are a very superior quality set of six genuine antique English George IV ‘show timber’ framed in exotic imported and prestigious Central American Rosewood. The top rails are curved and elegantly tapered and the fine curved waist rail has apposed carved Tulips at either end. The seat rails are flat and straight however the front rail has a half Barrel full width turned molding. The front legs are elegantly turned and tapered with upper inverted short carved Tulips and the rear legs are of sabre form.

the frames are in excellent condition for age and the seats lift off for easy re covering to taste.
