These are an excellent quality set of eight genuine antique 19th century later Victorian Hepplewhite revival Dining Chairs made from imported prestigious Central American Mahogany and comprising of a pair of ( slightly larger ) end carver chairs with arms and six side chairs.

All chairs have the best of Hepplewhites style, quality and design details including the shield shaped back with a shaped and pierced vertical splat within and embellished with raised carvings of shafts of wheat plus a central multi coloured central oval sunburst inlay. The front leg are straight, squared and tapered with a semi reeded profile. All legs are connected by an ‘H’ shaped stretcher.

Condition: Excellent commensurate with age and use.
