This is a good genuine antique French later 1800s or early 1900s single door Side Cabinet beautifully finished in lovely highly figured light golden sought after Satinwood.

The cabinet is of upright form and has feature floral inlay across the upper cabinet above the door. The door features a recessed panel within the cross banded frame and within the recessed rectangular also cross banded and profusely floral inlaid panel is a large raised oval central panel .

Within is a full width shelf and a fabric lined interior. The whole is on a plinth base with a serpentine lower edge.

The whole cabinet features cast brass applied moldings in the French Louis XV manner to the frieze section, the door and oval panel and the top of the plinth base. The slim cabinet panels either side of the door feature upper and lower applied mounts plus the door has a cast brass key hole escutcheon. The bottom plinth also has an applied cast brass decorative central mount.

At an additional cost we can have all the gilt mounts professionally gilded for additional bling.
